We are a marketing and consulting firm that specializes in developing marketing, sales, and advertising strategies for a variety of clients. Our goal is to help our client expand their consumer base, gain brand recognition, and represent them with premier Customer Service and Sales teams.

What is my day-to-day like as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative?
  • Attend regular product knowledge/informational sessions with Upper Management and Clients
  • Work with an assigned Account Manager to support business and organizational development
  • Monitor and assist with sales campaign activity - including review and reporting of your own daily progress
  • Spend a portion of the day following up on customer inquiries providing expertise, product information and recommendations, and sales support if necessary
  • Identify and create strategies to improve customer relationship building skills amongst Customer Service/Sales Departments

Who is right for the job?
  • A go-getter. Someone that is not afraid of a challenge, embraces finding solutions, and constantly pushes boundaries to drive expectations and results higher. Someone who is driven to go above and beyond for our Clients, customers, and our own team!.

Must-Haves:
  • At least 2 years college experience or equivalent
  • Experience in a client facing/customer facing role (i.e. background in Hospitality, Retail, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Sports background, etc.)
  • Unparalleled work ethic and student mentality
  • Need to be a team player and comfortable working in a high-speed and collaborative team
